THE REAL ESTATE AUCTION WILL BE HELD AT THE SEQUOYAH COUNTY FAIRGROUNDS BUILDING

The real estate will consist of Nine (9) tracts of land with one tract including the home. All property including the home will be sold in AS-IS, WHERE-IS condition at the time of auction. All interested buyers are expected and encouraged to make any and all property inspections prior to the auction date. Pre Title Work for the property will be completed and ready by the date of the auction. The property will convey with a General Warranty Deed (Clear Deed). The closing of the properties purchased at the auction will take place approximately 30 days or less from the date of the auction. The Seller’s Side of Closing will be conducted by Sequoyah County Abstract (SCA) in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. The sale of the real estate at auction will not be contingent upon any buyers lending or inspection requirements. All financing if required should be in place prior to the auction. If multiple surveys are required, survey cost will be split between buyers requiring surveys.
Mrs. Walker has said, Jimmy loved attending auctions and was always searching for the next treasure, and his wishes were that if anything ever happened to him that Mrs. Walker would one day have an auction for the collection of items he has gathered for many years.
